I had a room on the fourteenth floor and the city view was quite nice. The room met cleanliness standards and was comfortable. Breakfast had a varied selection of foods. The staff assisted me very well, giving directions on how to get to downtown. A car rental location is very close to the hotel.

The room was a real let down. the tv remote didn't work and no one bothered to fix it. plus, the noise from outside was relentless. I barely slept.
